Our Philosophy

Sushi has become a very popular food in the U.S. and especially so in California. Sushi has a long history dating back to early 10 th century in Japan. Ultimate value lies in how fresh the fish (called “Neta”) is and how its freshness can be maintained.

SushiStop started providing authentic sushi in “Sawtelle Japantown”, Los Angeles, over a decade ago. Thanks to the many loyal patrons, it has grown to over 10 locations in Los Angeles, serving customers in Hollywood, Pasadena, Studio City, Glendale, Burbank and Sawtelle. On top of the quality of food, SushiStop focuses on providing a casual and friendly experience. We are the happiest when young people come in to try their first sushi. It is our goal to make people happy and just love sushi which is a very healthy and sustainable food. Our very customer friendly prices are a testament to that very end.

All our restaurants and cloud kitchens also offer takeout and delivery services for the convenience of dining at home.
