TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUSHISTOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
SUSHISTOP’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50), OR
- THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SUSHISTOP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SushiStop and its affiliates from any claims arising from:
- your use of the Site.
- your violation of these Terms.
- your violation of any law or third-party rights.
ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
Claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
SushiStop may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes permitted in court shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site.
